• Not share accounts with other users

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate game results or rankings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

• Users may create private leagues and invite others via email
• Public leagues are open to all registered users
• League creators may establish additional rules for their leagues
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate league content

• Account information (email, name from Google/manual registration)
• Game activity and portfolio selections
• Email addresses for league invitations (when provided)
• Usage analytics and technical data

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Enable league functionality and invitations
• Display leaderboards and rankings
• Communicate important updates
• Ensure fair play and security

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data:

• In aggregated, anonymized form for analytics
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer or acquisition

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

FanTrade, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute any content you submit (such as team names or league names) in connection with the Service.

Stock data is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

FanTrade is a game for entertainment only. Nothing on our platform constitutes:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Financial planning guidance
• Analysis of securities or markets for investment purposes

• No actual securities are bought or sold
• No real money changes hands
• Game performance does not reflect real trading abilities
• Past game performance does not predict future results

While users may learn about stock symbols and market movements, FanTrade should not be used as the basis for real investment decisions.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Real-time accuracy of stock data

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS $0), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and FanTrade individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.
